03 — Important information

Coverage and schedule

Standard working hours are 9 hours per day. Additional hours attract an extra charge. The standard pre-wedding shoot is 1 hour; extra hours are charged separately. Punctuality and cooperation are essential to achieving the best results.

Payment terms

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at least 72 hours before the event to reserve the booking. 70% is due before the event, and the remaining 30% is due after the event. Final delivery is made within 2 weeks after the event.

Location and usage

For venues outside our coverage areas, the client is responsible for staff logistics. Copyright remains with the photographer. Images are for personal use; commercial publication requires written permission.

Privacy and marketing

Images may be used for digital marketing on our social media platforms. A 60% surcharge applies where a client requires complete restriction of marketing use.
